Welcome to the 2023 Chestnut Hill Academy and CHAPTER Auction!

Chestnut Hill Academy is in its twenty-fifth year of providing an exceptional learning environment dedicated to educational excellence, personal growth, and educating global citizens, problem solvers, and life-long learners.

Each year, Chestnut Hill Academy’s Parent and Teacher Association (CHAPTER) sponsors a fundraising auction to raise money to enhance our educational and community programs. Through generous support from our CHA community, the money raised at last year’s auction helped provide funds for many initiatives during the school year such as new books for the Library, Grade Level Socials, Community Building Events, Continuing Teacher Education, Facility Improvements, and Technological Investments.

This year, we are hoping to raise $300,000 to help fund initiatives in the following school year such as technology resources and upgrades, music and literary enrichment events, winter ski program, school field trips, school yearbook, advanced teacher training, and much more!

Thank you for your partnership in providing the vital funding to help CHAPTER and Chestnut Hill Academy reach our goals.

Event Details

When: March 4, 2023

Where: Seattle Marriott Bellevue Hotel (200 110th Avenue NE, Bellevue, WA 98004)

What:

  • Register for the auction. Come enjoy a nice dinner and have fun. The auction is a great community-building event!
  • Your contributions are essential to the success of the auction. For ideas on how you can donate visit Donation Opportunities.
  • This event is only possible with the support of volunteer parents like you. If you want to participate, check out the different opportunities in future Campus Updates.

Stay:

We have arranged for a discounted room price for those that have registered and choose to stay the night.  Please see the link and information below if you are interested in taking advantage of that discount to book a hotel room. The last day to book a hotel room is Friday, February 10, 2023 Please see the link and information here.

  • January 16th – Early bird registration closes
  • January 27st – Last day for donations. Donation competition ends.  Details here
  • February 10th – Last day to register to attend the auction
