Sponsorship Packages

Sponsoring the annual Auction & Gala is a great way to showcase your business or your family’s support of our community. By becoming a sponsor, you can help offset the cost of our event so more of the money raised goes directly to our school. Packages can be bought through the online registration. Purchases will be available online starting in January. The deadline for sponsoring is Monday, January 27th.

Auction Procurement/Donation Form

Please, do not let your generous donation go unnoticed - always fill out a donation form!  By doing so, your donation will be tracked and it is also useful for tax purposes.

• For services, you can do that electronically here.
• For everything else, or you can download a paper form here (copies are also available at CHA’s front desk), stating your donation’s monetary value and drop it off with your donation.
• Use the Matching Gift Info tool on the sidebar to find your employeer's information.
• A donation envelope will be included in the Friday folders, should you decide to make a cash, check or gift card donation. Please write your child’s name on the envelope and return it to the front desk.
