Camp Explorations Registration - Additional Weeks

This is the form for registering your child for our Summer Camp Program.
You only need to fill this form in once, but you do need to fill in a separate form for each child you register for camp.

Camp costs $100 a day or $500 for the week.
The Extended Day Package costs $30 per day or $150 for the week and provides childcare from 7:30 - 9:00am and 4:00 - 5:30pm.
Non-CHA and incoming families are required to pay via credit card at the bottom of this form.
Currently enrolled CHA families may select "No Payment Required."
