EXTENDED DAY AND CHILDCARE FAQ’S
Do I have to register through both the Camp Registration form and the School’s Out system if I need care during conference days? If you are a Microsoft family utilizing the School’s Out or Back-Up Care benefit, then you must register through the School’s Out or Back-Up Care system. If you are not a Microsoft employee, you must register through the Camp Registration Form above, which will be sent out in Campus Updates.
How do I sign up for the after-school care program, and how do I make payments for it? If you want your student to be enrolled in our after-school care program (Extended Day), you should indicate this on your TADS Registration. Payment for Extended Day will be drafted automatically via ACH.
Once I’m enrolled, can I add more weeks? Yes! More camp weeks mean more fun! You can add more weeks at any time, based on availability. Additions can be made by registering through our Addition Weeks form, which can be found on our website.
Once I’m enrolled, can I make changes? Yes, if you registered through CHA, please email us at camp@cheshnuthillacademy.com. If you registered through your employer's Back-Up care system, please reach out to them directly.
Can my child be grouped with their friends? Yes! We do our best to accommodate at least one friend request per camper. Please reach out to us by email prior to your first day of camp. Friend requests cannot be guaranteed, but we do our best. Please note that your camper may not be in the same pod as the week prior.
How are campers grouped for the week? Campers will be divided into Pods depending on their grade/age.
What should my camper bring to camp? A labeled water bottle, snacks, lunch (if not ordered in advance), and weather-appropriate clothing.
