Dear CHA Community,
This week, we worked towards closing the Execution Gap by setting aside time to discuss and understand the goals our students have set. Having organized Leadership Notebooks with their written their goals and captured a way to track lead measures, students are set to achieve their goals with the support and encouragement of faculty and parents. A student’s commitment and accountability to their goal will be a key indicator as to whether they will accomplish their goal or find themselves lagging. We look forward to students continuing to grow in this area throughout the year.
Middle School Presentation - We are looking forward to welcoming Third through Fifth grade families to the Middle School Presentation on Wednesday, October 3rd. The event will be from 6:00-8:00 pm in the Chestnut Hill Academy Gym. Dinner will be catered by Qdoba, set up in the gym and childcare is provided for CHA students age 5-12 where pizza, fruit and milk will be served. Please RSVP on our Sign-Up page. Admissions and Parent Referral Program - Chestnut Hill Academy is currently accepting applications for the 2018-2019 school year. Our application deadline is Friday, January 26th. We appreciate parents who have recommended CHA to their family and friends as well as continuing to entrust their children’s education to us. Parents who made family referrals whose children are accepted will receive a Referral Bonus of $250 per family. Every family is eligible to participate in the referral program, and it’s simple. First, refer the family. Second, make sure the family lists your name on their application when asked how they heard of CHA. Third, family is accepted in March. Fourth, the student begins in September. Finally, referrals are paid out in October through ACH. If you would like to refer a family to CHA, please direct them to www.chestnuthillacademy.com/admissions. This will give prospective families the steps they need to apply. Thank you for your recommendations.
Weekly Snack List – You can view the snacks Chef Megan will be offering next week here. If your child will not be eating the school snack you are welcome to send a nut free alternative to school in their backpack.
